Sukrut Parab’s 2BHK Turnkey Home at Jai Datta CHS, Borivali West
When the Parab family moved into their newly redeveloped building in Shimpoli, Borivali West, they had a raw 2BHK flat and a clear idea of the home they wanted stylish, warm, and easy to live in every day. Swami Interior took this on as a full turnkey project, handling the flat from bare shell to movein ready. The result is a modern, cohesive home in the heart of Borivali West.

The Brief
The Parab family came to us with a bare, unfurnished 2BHK — walls up, but nothing that felt like home yet. Their brief was straightforward: a space that was modern and stylish, but still warm and comfortable enough for everyday family life. As part of our residential interior design process, we worked through space planning, material selection, and execution end to end, so the family could move from a raw shell to a finished home without managing multiple vendors themselves.
Living Room
The living room was designed as the anchor of the home — a comfortable, welcoming space built around a recliner sofa. Cabinetry, the crockery unit, and the TV unit drawers were finished in PU paint, paired with veneer accents for warmth against the crisp white marble flooring underfoot.
Kitchen
The kitchen was designed as a sleek, functional modular space, finished in glossy acrylic panelling with practical storage built in to keep everyday cooking simple and clutter free.
Master Bedroom for Son
This bedroom was designed as a personal, stylish retreat, carrying through the home’s modern material palette in a space tailored specifically for the family’s son.
Family Bedroom
The second bedroom was designed as a flexible family space, finished in keeping with the rest of the home’s material palette for a consistent, considered look throughout.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms were fully redone as part of this project, with new fittings installed throughout for a refreshed, functional finish.
Materials & Finishes
- Flooring: White marble, laid throughout the home
- Kitchen: Glossy acrylic panels with modular storage
- Living room: PU paint on the safety door, main door, cabinets, crockery unit, and TV unit drawers, with veneer accents
- Bathrooms: New fittings throughout, fully redone
Smart Home Automation
The home is fitted with Alexa controlled smart home automation, letting the family manage everyday functions with voice control.
