Shah Family’s 2BHK Turnkey Home at Neon Terrace, Borivali West

A young couple with two energetic twins had just moved into their brand new 2BHK at Neon Terrace — a compact 635 sq ft space that needed to work hard for a family of four. Swami Interior took this on as a full turnkey project, planning every inch for smart storage and everyday comfort in Borivali West.

The Brief

Designing for a family of four in a compact footprint meant every inch had to earn its place. The brief was to keep the home feeling spacious, warm, and inviting while packing in smart, efficient storage suited to two young twins and their parents. As part of our residential interior design process, we worked through detailed space planning to balance comfort and functionality without the home ever feeling cramped.

Living Room

Space efficiency was the priority here. A folding dining table was built in to double as a wall panel when closed, freeing up floor space for everyday living while still giving the family a proper sit down dining spot when needed. The living room also includes an acrylic jali mandir design, along with a defined TV area and seating zone.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom combines an expandable bed with generous storage, finished in acrylic laminate. The sliding wardrobe carries an acrylic laminate finish with a gold groove detail for a refined touch.

Family Bedroom

The second bedroom was designed with ample storage and a sliding wardrobe in a laminate finish, with a gypsum moulding wall design adding a decorative touch to the space.

Kitchen

The kitchen was finished as a modular acrylic kitchen, fitted with tandem boxes and an accessories tray to keep everyday cooking organised.
